ETA Audio will accept returns for all headphone orders within fifteen (15) days of the delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and tracking must be provided within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item. All returns will incur UP TO fifteen percent (15%) reconditioning and restocking fee. All returns must be received in the condition they were sold in, with no signs of wear, tampering, opening the cups or removal of the pads unless explicitly suggested by ETA staff before date of return. Additional fees will apply for all accessories (cables, pads, cases, etc) not returned with the item. ETA Audio is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
For all cancellations UP TO ten percent (10%) order cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase of the item. Cancellation fees apply upon agreement to purchase the headphone by providing your payment information and completing a purchase through our store. For items that have already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the seals on the packaging are found to be broken on a canceled item, the item will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.
All ETA Audio products are made with care and covered for three (3) years against manufacturing defects. For any defects found within the first seven (7) calendar days of delivery, ETA Audio will provide return shipping. For any warranty claims after the initial seven (7) calendar days, shipping to ETA Audio for diagnosis and repair will be at the cost of the buyer. Normal wear-and-tear does not qualify as a defect. Products that have been altered or modified without explicit recommendation of ETA Audio are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.
All warranty, refund, replacement, or repair claims require a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
